We go back to basics that means no cheap white flour, grains, food preservatives, chemical flavorings and additives in our products..

There are healthy nibbles that just don’t cut it in the taste department. Then there are feel-good tidbits that don’t make us look very good. While clean eating is now prevalent in more restaurants and catering services, the same variety and affordability cannot be found in the snacks department. Frustrated with the lack of alternatives to complement their fitness regimes and lifestyles, two friends decided to take matters into their own hands and founded Snack Guru in March 2015.

We believe that taste shouldn't be compromised when it comes to eating clean and healthy. After all, if we choose to eat better for our main meals, the same philosophy should extend to our snacks.

Banker by day, Guru by night, Jeanne believes that health is wealth. The concept of setting up an alternative snack company in 2015 was Jeanne's brainchild. Snack Guru was conceived after she witnessed the power of nutrition in her personal fitness journey. Jeanne's obsession for snacks designed the way Mother Nature intended has led her to create Snack Guru’s unique series of beef jerky. As the Chief Guru, she continues to scour the world for snacks that fit the company's philosophy.

Being a math grad turned PE teacher, and a survivor of two Ironman triathlons, makes Yieng aka YY,  a natural at her role as CFO and the woman in charge of operations of  Snack Guru. YY may be running things behind the scene but it is her zeal for numbers and precision which has helped navigate Snack Guru through the many changes till this date.
